Pesky MCP server
Competitor monitoring for founders, every morning.
Pesky finds the competitors circling a company and reads them every morning. Type a website and it names the 10 closest in about 30 seconds. Keep them watched and it reads homepages, pricing pages, domain ratings, launches, Reddit, LinkedIn, X, and more, then sends one short email on who moved and why it matters. The remote MCP at pesky.ai/api/mcp gives an agent that same dashboard: the list, the morning brief, signals, history, nearby launches, and a site scan.
Who it’s for: Founders, solo makers, and small teams who want an agent that already knows what competitors did this week, instead of checking their sites by hand.
Remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) — oauth or api key.
Clients that support MCP sign-in, like the claude.ai connector or Claude Code's /mcp, connect with the URL alone. You choose reading and scanning, or also changing your competitor lists. Or send an API key as Authorization: Bearer pesky_… from Settings → Developers. A key acts as your account, with no scopes. Every tool takes an optional company: its website (example.com) or its id. get_history for the last 7 days and get_signals. Only the high-priority competitors. Say who moved, what changed, and why it matters. Skip anyone who was quiet, but tell me they were checked.
get_latest_brief and summarize it in three bullets: who moved, the one change I should look at, and anything near our moat.
add_competitor for https://rival.example with the name I give you, then set_priority to high. Confirm it's on the list before you change anything else.
scan_site on https://rival.example. Compare its competitors to list_competitors and tell me which ones I'm not watching yet. Don't add any until I say so.
get_domain_ratings for {your site} over the last 30 days. Our DR yesterday vs today, and which competitor gained the most this month.
The real tool surface, each labeled by risk. Full trust breakdown on the server page · safety review: Is Pesky MCP safe?.
